Barrel Work/Custom Riflesmithing

Barrel Contouring/Octogon: $300

Barrel Install: $300 (custom chambers must have reamer provided)

Action BluePrint (Remington 700 only): $300

Muzzle Threads: $100 (includes install of un-timed, non-blended muzzle Brakes such as a military style with crusher washer for example)

Muzzle Brake Install (includes muzzle threads): $150 to install a timed muzzle brake that is not intended to match the profile of the barrel. Does not require refinishing of the barrel.

Blended Muzzle Brake install: $250 to install a timed, contoured and blended KDF style muzzle brake. Reamed .020” over bullet diameter. Can supply the brake for $50 (there are many styles)

Barrel and Brake will require refinishing, unless staying in the white like on a polished stainless barrel for example (make a note so I can use a stainless brake)

Re-Crowning only: $100 the barreled action is held between centers a small trueing flat is cut on the muzzle. The muzzle is then secured in the 4 jaw and dialed in off the truing flat (bore rods can be used and customer discretion), then either an 11* crown or a .040” reccess crown can be cut. I then lap the crown lightly with fine lapping compound and an appropriately sized brass mandrel.

Combined with a proper  Stock Bedding job, Re-crowning is an affordable option to try and get a little better accuracy out of an old rifle or a factory rifle with a radius crown.

Bedding the Action to the Stock: $100 Cheap plastic stocks are not accepted. Talk to me about an affordable upgrade to then have bedded.

Barrels that are a #2 contour or lighter are pressure bedded. Ask for more info.

add Pillars for $50.

Magnum recoil Lug for $100.
